Hey there!

I have quite a thing for a good graphic tee. But, a graphic tee and flare jeans together is my jam! I really don’t show my flare jeans much love. But, as soon as I slip them on, I am reminded of how comfortable and stylish they really are. I also have a pair of white ones that I wore on a previous post that I absolutely love. If flares aren’t your thing, there are always plenty of bootcut options out there that would look great on any body type. As for me right now, I’m into flare jeans… bad!

I think that I am a little picky when it comes to a graphic tee. It has to have the right wording, lettering, everything! The process of finding the perfect one is so hard for me. As soon as I saw this one, it was love at first sight! It reminds me of something Karen would say on “Will and Grace.” To me, a graphic tee is a great way to elevate your look. Pair it with a blazer, bomber jacket and your favorite jeans– I love it!

Hello again! I am excited that spring is here in Dallas! This means its time to pull out the bright and colorful pieces in your closet that may have not received much love during the winter. For spring and summer, I am all about my skirts. I absolutely love wearing midi and maxi skirts this time of year! So when Eryn of CAS- CLOTHING asked me to try a piece from her clothing line, I immediately said yes! I met Eryn a few months back from our Galentine’s Day collaboration and we also happen to use the same blog photographer as well. Let me tell you, she is a #GirlBoss! Wife, mom, and clothing designer?! WERK! The cool thing about her clothing line is that it caters to the tall woman. However, her “made to order” line allows you to select the length of certain pieces, such as her skirts and pants. Amazing right? As soon as I saw this Ankara print midi skirt, it was love at first sight! The Ankara print has been all the rage in fashion lately. This vibrant and bold Ankara print midi skirt was perfect the moment I slipped it on. I asked to add pockets and to make the skirt ankle length so that I could wear with heels or flats. As you can see, its GORGEOUS!! Its going to get worn so much this summer. I can’t wait to style it in so many different ways!

I’m not a person who feels like I have to participate in every trend out there. Some of them I love but aren’t really practical or I’m just not that enthused. But, I’m here for this one! The bomber jacket has made its way to this years spring trend and can be seen on celebrities and fashionistas alike! It’s super casual and relaxed, but can be worn a variety of ways to dress up or down your look. You can find it in many fits and colors. I even saw it in a blush pink shade (NEED!) When my little eyes spotted this bomber jacket in my favorite olive green color, it took no time from going from the rack to the register! The fit is amazing, the weight is perfect for this crazy, inconsistent weather and its pretty much EVERY THING! There are so many ways to style a bomber jacket: with a midi dress and heels, t shirt and sneakers, leather pants or culottes. The possibilities are ridiculous! I kept it simple with a cute graphic tee (“Haute Mama” anyone?), gray skinny jeans and statement bag. This is one of those looks when I think of the saying, “Don’t ask me what I’m doing, you know I’m out here being cute!” Ha Ha!!
