I hope you’ve had a fabulous weekend. It seems like I spend most of my weekends running errands or spending time with my little family. In those moments, I reach for easy, versatile dresses that I can throw on, put on sandals and GO! I was so happy to receive this cute, classic, stripe dress from Lauren Ralph Lauren. Its super comfy, has flare sleeve detail and comes at the knee. All of these components are so important for a dress for a mommy on the go! You can dress this piece up with heels for the office and keep wear it as a boatneck dress as shown above or wear it off shoulder with sandals or cute tennis shoes. Winning!

I also love this cute bucket bag by Lauren Ralph Lauren as well. Its deep enough to put everything but the kitchen sink! Not only that, I can wear it as a cross body too. I swear I prefer all of my purses to come with that option because I need to be as hands free as possible when I am out with Camille. Its also a nice timeless yet modern bag that could be worn with just about anything!

I’ am over summer! Over it! But, my off shoulder dresses?? I’m here for it!

Why is it still super HOT in Dallas? Today with the humidity it was 104. 104 folks! In the words of one my favorite comedians, Tyree Elaine, “I just wanna walk in my purpose”…. and wear my fall clothes! I am ready for my leather leggings, leather jackets and down vest, over the knee boots and deep wine colored lipsticks and vampy nails. Sorry, I just had a moment lol. Fall fashion is my jam! Its what my closet is all about. But, even though I am hoping, wishing and praying for cooler days, the off shoulder trend is still going strong. I cant wait to start rocking a few knitted off shoulder dresses with knee boots and a floppy hat. Fall vibes, I am feeling them. Are you?!

So since we still have some hot days in Dallas, its not out of the norm for me to wear this summer style off shoulder dress from SheIn. If you are still experiencing some heat where you live, then this dress may be for you. Its super comfy and easy to throw on. Now, it is very see thru, so a slip or thong may be something to consider. But, even so this cutie is definitely one to wear before the cool weather is upon us.

Are you ready for fall weather where you are? If you already experiencing fall where you are, I AM JEALOUS!

Off Shoulder Denim Dress and “My Other Bag” Giveaway!!

Hey loves!

I’m back at it with another off shoulder piece! This time its the off shoulder denim dress thats receiving my love and affection. I’ve been scouring the internet looking for an off shoulder denim dress and could not find one that I loved. I purchased one at Express, but I wasn’t completely feeling it. So, I decided to check out Zara and they did NOT disappoint me! As soon as I slipped it on, it was love at first sight! The small details in this dress is what makes it so unique and stylish. A few reasons why I fell in love with this dress.. Number one: pockets! Hello–shouldn’t every dress have pockets? I think so! Number 2: it has a short sleeve which allows it to lay nicely when wearing it off OR on your shoulders. Number 3: You can also wear it on the shoulder (which is how I am wearing it), which leads back to point number 2. Its nothing like getting two different looks from one piece! Lastly, number 4: its super lightweight and comfortable, perfect for spring/ summer weather!

Do you know about My Other Bag? Its an amazing shop that carries recycled, designer inspired tote bags! I stumbled across My Other Bag on Instagram and fell in love with this style called “London- Kiss.” The bags are so cute and multi functional. I can’t wait to use them for travel, shopping and maybe the gym… whenever that will be. I gotta do better 🙂
