Hey loves! Thanks for stopping by the blog! Its so hard sometimes to plan outfits for my blog posts. I often feel like I am missing one key piece that will really tie it all together. Well, this outfit is a prime example. I wanted to wear ripped boyfriend jeans, booties and a t shirt, but I couldn’t make it all come together. Something was missing! I tried really hard to not buy anything (oh who am I kidding) but I couldn’t resist when I saw this gray, midi cardigan. If you are wondering how to layer, this is a perfect example on how to do so. Its always best to use layer lightly so that the fit isn’t snug or uncomfortable. I love this midi cardigan because it’s lightweight and perfect for those chilly days or nights when trying to keep warm. I was a little worried about it looking too long on me. But, by creating height in wearing the boyfriend jeans cuffed a little higher, and the high ankle boots, it was a winner. Again, a great example on how to layer for spring! This is the cutest outfit for a morning coffee run to your local coffee house don’t you agree?
Oh, and thank you for all of the great feedback on my “20 Things You Don’t Know About Me” blog post. I have a lot in common with most of you. Its funny how the world works. We often feel like we are alone in the situations we are going through, and that no one could understand. But, that is not always the case. Somebody, somewhere may have walked in your shoes a little bit. Its amazing to know that I can connect with my readers over me sharing bits and pieces of my life. I appreciate you all coming along with me on this blogging journey. You make it worth it!!
