Hey friends! Welcome back! I love wearing skirts. I feel the most girly and feminine, so a pencil skirt with a little leg showing is right up my alley. I put this outfit together so last minute and I love how it turned out. Don’t you love when last minute outfit choices come together?? Of course, I had to add a fringe handbag to the mix.
